ABOUT BRETT LIGON
Brett was sworn in on January 1, 2025 to begin serving his fifth term as the District Attorney of Montgomery County. He is committed to responsible, ethical and aggressive prosecution coupled with education, training and 24 hour a day support for local law enforcement.
